are they only 3" or 3.5"? I dont want to mod the break lines and ex. and i read that the 3.5" is the biggest you can go without extending the break and gass lines. More info on lift kits would be great!

You are talking about a 1/2", do you really think it makes a difference, regarding other parts needed? If you NEED brake lines at 3.5", you should get them at 3". Just like longer shocks with a 2" BB lift, you don't NEED, them but you should get them. Adjustable track-bars and lower control arm you don't need them till you lift to 4" or more, but should get them if you lift over 2". SYE you may not need it till you lift over 3", but you should get it with ANY lift.

If you want a reasonably price 3-3.5" lift Rustys, Rough Country or 4 Wheel Parts and Quadratec have some. None are complete, there are item not included with all of them that you should get, to avoid problems in the future. Before you ask there is no such thing as a complete lift kit, from any MFG.

In that respect why does going from a 3" to 4" require a track bar, SYE, or control arms? After all it's only an inch!...... I agree with you 93gc40, I'm just playing the devil's advocate. In fact, I installed a budget lift with aal and front spacers from Rusty's and notice a vibration on my 96 Cherokee already......and it's just a 2" lift! Dnic, if you are looking at a 3" to 4" lift I would suggest Old Man Emu, Rough Country, or Rusty's. With any of them go with full spring packs to avoid the rear sag down the road. I only spent $100 on my budget lift knowing that my springs are in decent shape and that it is temporary. I will be installing a complete system with new springs trac bar, sye, etc....... this winter. Best of luck.....

Need trac bar and control arms because lifting will move the axle over and back. Need to correct this so your rig will drive straight and ride better.
