Default 3.25" backspace...too little??

Was able to find a set of rims for FREE.... They are 15x8 with 3.25" backspace. Will these stick out too far? Not sure how the bearing will feel. Or what other problems they will cause.

Anyone else running the same backspace without problems??

Planning on running 33x12.50's and 4.5" hybrid lift.

Thanks..

Went to Walmart to get the tires mounted and for some reason they did not fit. The machine could not get the bead on the wheel. Weird. Gonna look for another set of wheels with 4" backspace..

Thanks...

weird, the wall mart techs just must not have enough experience. 12.5 tire requires an 8 inch rim.
and no, 3.25 isn't too little, they will stick out a bit more, but i have 3.0 bs for rims with 13.5 wide tire and i don't go through bearings any faster than my old rims.

Someone else pointed that out on another forum. Gonna take it to a tire shop nearby. The WM techs we saying that the tire was too small for the wheel. 15" is 15"...

When to another shop and got them mounted. Sticks out a little further that I expected but good for now until I buy another set of wheels. A set with 4" BS

Will search to see which fender flares would cover this some..

Here's how they look.

Just doing a test fit to see how it looks. Got just about everything I need except for the SYE. Not sure which method to go with. Whichever lets me use the front driveshaft.
