2nd transmission mount went in 2 months???

2nd transmission mount went in 2 months???
i have a 2000 jeep cherokee sport with 3in lift spacers front blocks read with 6 degree shims. i have been having a problem with my transmission mount going out and driveline vibrations can any one plese help me out?

i would jack up the rear and set the rear axle on jack stands block the fron tires and put it in gear and give it some gas have some one do this while some one look under from the out side and see what gives

i looked at my driveshaft in the rear it seems to short its barely on the shaft coming out of the t case could this cause vibes and tranny mount to go out
