2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, 4.7, 2wd, Automatic.

Not working:
Windows
Power mirrors
Power locks
Horn (steering wheel nor with keyless entry)
Dome lights
User memory-Power Seat selector (button for users "1 or 2" on door panel)

Working:
Headlights
Wipers
Radio/CD player
Keyless entry (horn not working)
Radio controls on steering wheel
Heated seats
Heat/AC
Power seats


I pulled the drive door panel, pulled the door jam boot, no broken or loose wiring.

Replaced the Body Control Module tonight (used, ebay) no change.


Short history:
My water pump broke, I limped it home filling radiator every time it started over heating (dumb move I know... had to get it home to work on it.) After replacing the water pump and thermostat I quickly realized I warped the heads a bit. Had them checked, no cracks... had them shaved and then installed the heads, replaced the timing set, rod bearings, and piston rings while we were that far into it.

Put it back together and it runs flawlessly. But then we realized the electrical issues. I'm an absolute clueless, idiot when it comes to electrical. I can splice and solder, but I don't have a bit of understanding on figuring out electrical gremlins.

I did check, and had my dad re check all the fuses, relays, typical/simple go to items. All checked good with visual and test light inspection.

I've seen the "2004 door jam black wire" issue... that does not seem to be my issue.

Any help would be truly appreciated.
