hi, just purchased my 2003 jeep and it came without the hand book, i am having a problem with the front windscreen wipers ( working ok front and rear) but the spray is not at all. what do i look for to fix this problem.

Does it have fluid in it?

yes it does, filled the bottle, so we dont know if its leaking, or if fuse if blown?? but wipers work ok (front & rear) just no spray??
