Default 2001 XJ Limited panel replacement/rust fixes

Hey guys, been a while since I've posted, but i need some expert opinions and you're all a wealth of great info.

I own a '01 XJ Limited and it's got some rust spots, pictures included. The roof and hood have about 10-15 'puckered' spots where the rust is causing the paint to crack slightly, and a handful of rust dots. Driver door has a 6" rust spot that's cracked through. Passenger has a puncture under the lock (they only stole my spare change).

Lock,
Roof,
Door,
Panel,
Hood,

I want to make the necessary fixes to bring this back to at least looking like its 2006 I bought it new in 2001, and I don't plan on parting with it any time soon.

What parts should i replace? What areas should be professionally restored? and if anyone knows areas in MA, CT or Southern NH that can do a good job, I'm all ears.

(It's highly unlikely that I will do any work myself, since I live in the city and have no tools)

Replace the fender and just have the thing painted and the rust whole on the door patched the rust on the roof is just surface rust and will sand clean.

In that case just take it to a couple of body shops for estimates.

Paint jobs depend on how much they are painting and what paint they are using.Maaco and few other places like it have paint jobs around 500 bucks. Those are ok if its a daily driver or more off road used.A good paint job where they take off everything and paint everything almost like the factory did is a grand plus. The cheaper paint jobs use cheaper paints and tape off everything and don't paint the door jams and under side of the hood.
