2001 Jeep Cherokee
I am having problems with starting acting like battery is low its not real low but a little below the 14v like 13.5. Checked alternator and it is putting out good reading but starts real sluggish. This is a mail vehicle right hand drive not that has anything to do with it but thought I would throw that out there. Any suggestions? Thanks

I would start by have the battery load tested. Just because it has 12v doesn't mean it has enough amps to start the engine. Also make sure that the battery terminal are really clean. Clean all of the grounding points. Make sure that the battery cable are in good shaoe too.
