2000 XJ vs 2001 WJ engine?

2000 XJ vs 2001 WJ engine?
I just bought a 2000 Cherokee block to build a stroker. So are their any size differences for the engines (Oil filter, Electric) or anything that wound F*** with my ECU? Really I just need to know if I should get WJ parts or XJ parts for the engine.
