2000 XJ Gauges not working and no bus on the odometer.

2000 XJ Gauges not working and no bus on the odometer.
I have read the threads...Checked fuses...Cleaned Cluster Connections... Changed cps...Changed the computer(programmed and flashed) Where do I go from here I cant pass NY inspection with an engine light on.
