Hey all,

I have a 2000 Cherokee 6cyl. the issue is when driving the engine stops
running but nothing else changes. Now my thought went to computer first had this issue on my other Jeep. But i haven't seen or read anyone having that computer issue in the 2000 Cherokee. So my next thought is battery or coil.

the check engine light did come on and it flashes as the car engine stops
strange thing no code is seen when i looked and it happened 10 min before
i snapped it in.

I don't see a drop in the volts on the dash nothing else seems to happen other then the engine stopping.

Any ideas should i just replace the coil or try the battery first i know its time for a new battery.
