Default 2 Weird noises from different places when I turn

When I make sharp turns, something in the front of the Jeep makes a weird noise. I can't really describe it because it's so weird. It's not real bad sounding, it just sounds like some sort of pump or something and I don't like it. I'm assuming this is my power steering pump, should I have it replaced?

And the other noise is a bad one, it's like when I turn, the noise comes from around the wheels, it sounds like an uneven wheel or something like it's wobbling almost. I went wheelin' (nothin hardcore) last weekend, and I just noticed the noise yesterday.

Any diagnoses?

From your description, I'd check the ps pump to see if full and fluid condition. Then I'd have a look at the front axle u-joints. They make many noises when worn mostly when turning.
