i finally go tup the money to get my 2" BB and 31s, and when i go looking at all the specifications for a 2" they all say 1.5" spacer and shackle. that is NOT 2 inches. from what ive seen rockey road is the only place to offer a 2 inch lift that is REALLY a 2 inch lift. not a 1.5 . any others you know of? i just dont want to be ripped off over a half inch.
A spacer up front and a shackle in the rear will give you the two inches. OEM makes a 2" coil spring and Qtec has a heavy duty leaf spring that will get you about two inches as well. If your leaf springs are sagged I would replace them. A block for the rear is not an ideal choice to use if your springs are in bad shape. Just some pointers I picked up.

I've run this one for a year now with zero problems and I use (some would say abuse) my XJ regularly.

Spare yourself the pain and go 3". The extra inch is cheap and well worth it. Check this one out: http://zoneoffroad.com/product?ki=34&gr=-1

You also have OLD MAN EMU they have an exellant selection of real 2 inch 2.5 inch etc, lifts. remeber you do get what you pay for in a lift, the cheaper they are the poorer the quality, so shorter life than you have to buy again. So try to remeber that when you look at prices . Maybe a bit more in the begining but you only have to buy once.
