Default 2" lift question

My XJ is a college commuter vehicle and with no legal wheeling in CT it doesn't see much offroad use. I have 235/75/r16's right now which measure out to 29.9" and don't rub with stock suspension. My rear leaf springs are looking a bit saggy and I was thinking about doing a small lift so I could run 30x9.5's or even some 31's. The tires on there now look a bit stuffed into the wheel well.

I was looking at getting a coil spacer for the front, and 2" rear springs from Quadratec, most likely the standard or medium duty ones. I know since mine is a 97+ I might need a T-case drop even with this small of a lift. What about shocks? I have 4 brand new Monroe Sensatrac shocks a buddy gave me that I haven't installed yet but they are for stock height. Would I need to get longer shocks for a 2" lift? If so, which ones should I go with?

Would I also need to mess with the swaybar? Since its a daily driver I'd like to keep it on, my friend told me I need some kind of bracket for it but he also has a 3" lift...
