Default 2.5L Cherokee Exhaust

Hey guys, today I'll be working on the hopefully last noise my jeep makes. I've narrowed the noise down to the exhaust as it is missing the bolts and the gasket is visible above the intake manifold. this is the Jeep Cherokee 2.5 4 cylinder motor. Since having the jeep I've replaced the valve cover gasket as it used to leak oil at high RPM's/ Speed. I've had to replace the harmonic balance as it busted on the Highway one day. I've also later replaced a Pulley recently. Now that I am going to be taking a 2300 mile trip back home with my Jeep I would like to fix the exhaust as it makes a ticking noise when it first starts. From what i can see and from what a mechanic coworker says its a couple missing bolts and bad intake/exhaust gasket that need to be replaced. I've bought the gasket but can't find the bolts/studs for it as the Jeep dealership says they have been discontinued. Now autozone does sell a couple of them for 12 bucks but I've been told those are the wrong ones for the manifold. I would usually want to replace the whole manifold just to end the issue but because I'm crunched for time as I will be leaving in a few weeks and also money I really would like to fix this noise.

Here is a pic of the engine where the bolt is missing:

and here is the bolts I found on Autozone, let me know if those are the ones.

Also if you could guide me through this that would be great as I don't fully know what I am doing, I know a little about fixing cars but am always open for learning.
Thx guys!

Can you pull a few bolts from the junkyard? When taking it apart, just remember to keep all your wires labeled and take pics if that will help put it back together. Not sure how prone the 2.5L are to manifold cracks, but make sure it is nice and solid before taking it apart to avoid the same job twice.

A ratcheting wrench will help with a few of the hard to reach bolts. pb blast the bolts a few days ahead of time to make the job easier.

There are a few good writeups floating around for the job.
