Default 1st time lifter

Well, I believe it's time to start lifting the jeep. I didn't want something too big, just about 3-4" lift. I don't have much money, just about $300 to dedicate to this. If you got friends with a lift for sale (all the parts, instead of a few pieces), let me know. Or if you know a website with all the parts for cheap let me know. Any help is appreciated!

With only 300-400 I would consider just doing a shakle and spacer lift for 2" and spend the rest on some craigslist tires.

$300 is a pretty low limit, bro. I'd consider saving more or spending that elsewhere, cuz maybe its not time to lift.

Tires aren't my problem. I just bought new ones offline for cheap. They're 235-75-r15, which my friend said would work fine for stock or 3" lift. I was looking at this http://zoneoffroad.com/product?ki=34&gr=-1

well add a leafs are the devil. they WILL cause sagging from the stock leafs. with 3" you are about where you need control arms which this kit doesnt address. with the stock arm gone and real control arms, this will give you a better ride. for the $$ I wouldnt buy it. to me its not complete. it doesnt even address the weak stock trackbar.

seriously. like most people have said already, save your money and buy quality. you buy this incomplete kit and a year from now or maybe sooner you will wish you didnt.

If I had 235x75r 15 tires and I wanted a lift. I would go with a budget 1.5 or 2 inch lift using front spacers and rear lift shackles. It would give you a better stance and more flex with the longer rear shackles, plus if later you wanted more lift the spacer and lift shackle could be used with a 3 inch spring lift for 4.5 or 5 inches of lift. Tera-Flex has a Budget Boost lift for about 120-130 dollars.

do the spring spacers in the front for 2" and shackles in the back, this is what i have on my jeep with some 32x11.5x15 bfg mt. this is a cheap lift and will work great. also will leave money for some shocks. my fenders are trimmed to fit the 32. all works great and flexes fine for my needs.
