Default 1999 XJ Transmissions Issues

I'm hoping someone can give me a little help. My 1999 Cherokee (4.0L) is making a strange "fluttering" sound on start-up. It also seems to have very limited power during these episodes, then it stops and everything is fine. The check engine light is on and the codes are PO 455 (gross emissions leak)
PO 753 (Sloenoid A Electrical), PO 743 (Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Electrical). I already replaced all three solenoids in the transmission, but the shifting is erratic now.

Any ideas?

I had a similar issue and it turned out to be my TPS that had gotten wet. Replaced it and was good to go. $35 part I believe.

I also have a 1999 cherokee, that's exactly what i have right now, its like a funky or weak start up, an abnormal idle, check engine light was on until i unplugged battery and plugged it back in. Also when i shift from reverse to drive it makes a clunk...

99classic4x4-did you figure out the check engine light code on your own by doing the on,off,on,off technique? i was trying to do that and couldn't get it to work.

AeroSynch- Is the TPS easy to order and install?

I have already replaced the TPS, years ago, but it was an aftermarket model and may not have operated properly. I used a OBD II codes reader to get the codes.

The TPS is very easy. Just 2 T-20 torx screws and unplugging it.
