First off.....Thanks Bustedknuckle for the tip!

Just wanted to post a thread on this little project I completed a few minutes ago in case someone else has this problem. The issue is with the the blower resistor, about $40:

It's located in the upper part of the passenger foot well behind the glovebox.

1) Remove the glovebox. There's three phillips head screws on the bottom lip.
2) Remove the plastic shrowd under the dash just above the passenger foot well. There's two bolts down there and one just behind the glovebox. The one behind the glove box only needs to be loosened and the shrowd will come down far enough to work.
4) Remove the interior lamp held with one phillips.
4) The blower motor resistor is now in plain sight. Simply remove the two bolts holding it in and unclip the wire connector.
4) Reassemble everything....DONE.
