What about your fuel injectors? You could just clean them or up grade!!!! (I vote up grade to the kj injectors!!!!!)
She's getting fuel. She's trying to turn over. We even got it to idle tonight (not fully) with my friend holding the throttle just barely (and i mean barely) open. He was about to hit it with starting fluid when she stalled.
I'm out of options. Anyone want to buy it who has more time on their hands? Lol.

Ok, are you still using the Autolite plugs?
I saw several people telling you to change them to Champion copper plugs and you never responded or acknowledged them.
So do this.
GO. GET. CHAMPION COPPER PLUGS.
Then report back to us once you've installed them - tell us if it helped.

No it wouldn't be, he reset his ecu a little while ago, the stock cherokee ecu will not throw a code until approximately 50 start/warm up cycles. Pringles, go reset your ecu the right way:Originally Posted by CherokeeChick
If it was the o2 sensor his engine light would be on!!!!!!
1. disconnect both battery cables and touch them together for 30 seconds, then reconnect
2. go turn your key to the on position
3. turn your lights on then back off
4. turn key off
5. Try starting her
Then if still a no start, I would go and check for fuel rail pressure, theres a port on your fuel rain, unscrew the black cap and push the little nozzle in, have a rag handy and don't have the engine running.
Then I would go and double, tripple, and finally quad druple check your firing order on your wires.
Then I would get new plugs, believe it or not go with what Chrysler recommends in this case, the sometimes know what they are talking about.
Then go and check all your grounds
Then I would check your CPS, it can and will cause a no start. There are write ups out there on how to check it, Google is your friend

Haha true but a bad O2 won't cause a no start. I'm beginning to wonder if he plugged his sensors in wrong?

That's true I was just sayin' lol and isn't the problem it will start but not keep running? I think he should sea foam it and see what happens ... I would have done that first and then went a head with a tune up if it kept upOriginally Posted by Cherokee89sport
