1999 Cherokee Turn over no fire
1999 Cherokee 4.0 turns over will not fire,
I have changed the crank position sensor, plugs twice and plug wires.
Just got it drove for 2 weeks never had hard starts, it sat in parking lot for 7 days and here begins the problem crank but no fire, majority said position sensor, after that fun swap no change, I changed the plugs, Champion platinum, she started drove for 5 days and parked at same lot 5 days later same problem crank no fire.
When I changed the plugs the first time the old ones were black, I checked the new ones, 6 day old, and they were just as black. One wire was tore at the plug boot so I put new plugs and wires on and was sure she would fire but she didn’t. I smell fuel after cranking mutable times.
I read through some of posts but did not see a like problem.

Did you pull the plugs and actually check for spark plug fire or are you just assuming it is not firing? Black soot on the spark plug indicates a rich running condition. Too much fuel. If the plugs are weak firing this may cause the condition. Also check your air intake make sure all is clear and air filter is clean. Not enough air will give you a too much fuel condition.
Clean the plugs and check for spark. Check air filter. You may have a bad sensor. Any codes?
