Default 1999 Cherokee sport no head lights

Hello every one I have a 99 Cherokee sport 2 door
5 speed with 302xxx miles. I’m having an issue with my headlights I have no low or high beams. When I turn my lights on my bright indicator is always on endless I unplug one of my headlights. I have power on my low and hig beam pins it appears I have no ground I’ve replaced the headlight switch and checked the connector under the air box. Have any of you guys ran into this ??
Ps. All of my other lights work markers signals brake reverse

Check the the dimmer switch (check relay too, but I think it's the dimmer switch).

Check your fuses. There is one for the headlamps in the PDC. Its one of the large fuses. Green, 30amp.
