It will overheat when you get over 40 mph for more than 10 miles or so, run around the farm all day with air on high never pass 210. Now I have replaced , Head and Gasket, water pump, thermostat, fan clutch, electric fan, installed new 3 core solid aluminum radiator, reverse flushed system twice. electric fan kicks on when it should, never loose coolant, no leaks , burped system. any help would be appreciated.

I am guessing you replaced the radiator cap but you did not mention it.
I would start there. Maybe get lucky. If new maybe faulty.
They can be checked with a pressure tester.
I bring it up because one day stopping for gas my '00 started puking coolant out of the overflow.
My first thought was "that's new". LOL.
Turned out I just needed a new radiator cap.

Wondering if it is not seating on the radiator properly and the problem being the radiator and not the cap.
I doubt it but easy to check and rule out.

Could very well be that radiator. Even though it's 3 core the total amount of passage area for coolant flow may be less than the OEM ones. This wouldn't be the first time that has been discussed here.

yes I have condenser and it is clean, also it will run hot running a/c or with it off going down the road, over 40 mph. I can ride all day under 30 mph with air on and heat index here has been 105 and it never gets past 210.

Yeah I considered that also, when it runs hot I shot the trans pan with I/R gun and it shows only 185 F, I bought this from a older gentleman and he said it all started when he replaced the alternator he decided to install new water pump while he had everything off. then it started running hot. he installed new thermostat, flushed system no help. so he replaced radiator, no help. So I replaced water pump and thermostat thinking could be faulty never know these days. no help, bit the bullet installed new tuffy head and felpro head gasket. very little ring wear, water passages spotless. put back together burped system ran good for a couple days and started overheating again. pulled new stock radiator and installed the aluminum 3 core radiator same thing. Ordered the quadratec performance water pump from jegs no better. I even shot temp on catalytic converter never gets over 300 and has good flow out the exhaust. It runs great its very strong doesn't use oil, just runs hot going down the road.
