Thanks for the reply. if i've never replaced a regulator before but have some common sence, is it something i could figure out myself pretty easily? I am pretty handy, but ive heard the fuel pump filter regulator assembly crap can be kinda complicated. True/False?

 

Well I picked up a fuel pressure guage today after work because I would like to rule out possible causes of poor idle before I replace my motor. Turns out it is right about 47psi at idle. I think tomorrow I'm gonna take the cat off and see if it is completely clogged or not. Is there any chance that one of the 02 sensors could be bad and not throw a CEL?

 

same as mine last week. Changed o2 sensors and as good as new.
