Default 1999 cherokee fuse issue

hi. im trying to figure out what is wrong with my jeep. when the motor is cold she fires right up no problem let it warm up shut it down fire it up everything is fine. take it around the block and it dies. then i losespark because a little 20 amp fuse blows under the hood. then u put one in and it blows it up instantly as soon as u turn the key until the truck cools then its fine again and does the process all over again. WHAT CAN THIS BE?!?!?! what does this fuse control? and also the truck has new plugs, wires, coil, cap, rotor, fresh oil and oil filter and a new crank position sensor. im dumb founded on this PLEASE HELP!!!
