My 1999 cherokee was running fine for the fist 3 days I had it and then i brought it into the drive way to take a look at an unrelated problem. As I did my RPMs dropped slowly as my cherokee stalled. It has a new fuel rail and new injectors, I cleaned all the grounds, checked the relay, it has no pressure in the fuel rail. and has new fuel lines. when i prime the engine i can hear the fuel pump turn on for a few seconds and then when i start the truck it idles at very low rams for 3 seconds then stalls again. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this????
