Stll having issue with this one.Was blowing F22 fuse in PDM.Put a test 10amp fuse in and ran till warmed up drove around the block a few times.Fuse never blew.CEL on with no stored codes.I've read in some other posts to disconnect battery for 8 hours to clear codes held deep in PCM memory.Hooked up battery cable and started.No CEL on.Shut off and restarted.CEL now on with no stored codes.Scan tool does read MIL on.CCKEN has provided some great diagrams and insight but my original post is buried pretty deep since problem started.He was leaning towards fuel pump failing and I agree.Would like a diagram and pinout of PDM if anyone has that info.If any one else has had this issue it would be great to hear from you. Thanks.

 

Checked Data link pinouts.Pins 4 and 5 chassis grounds open.Ran jumper from negative post of battery a pins 4 and 5 of Data link connector. CEL still on.Runs good though.Will clean all grounds and go and retest all steps I have already taken.CC BUS pins to PCM checked out ok.Still could use more wiring schematics if any one has any to offer especially to and from PCM.Still no stored codes.PDM wiring schematic would also be very helpful.Need help.

 

Replaced PCM. Problem no longer occurring.
