Installation of fuel tank about 100' above roof will eliminate need for fuel pump and increase reliability.

I have had a LOT of experience with XJ fuel pumps. You are doing the right thing by installing a complete assembly.

Here are my preferences.

1. Bosch (yes, they are expensive but well worth the extra coin in reliability/longevity).
2. Carter
3. Refer to choices 1 and 2.

OEM is a great choice, but what they charge is ridiculous. Therefore, search for aftermarket Bosch or Carter.

I will not install, nor will I recommend Airtex. Don't even get me started on that. Search if you want to research it.
