Default 1998 jeepcherokee sucks in gas

I had bought a 1998 jeep cherokee with a rusty bottom(not body), the exhaust was falling apart so i had replaced it with new exhaust an o2 censors. Before new exhaust it was running crappy as if it felt like it was sucking in alot of gas and loss of power. I had a bogging issue when it would warm up so i would just give it a lil gas to get it going again which it did and then it would run fine other than it feeling like it sucking in more gas an a loss of power. I had change the fuse for the o2 censor which was burnt out. Once i replaced it, engine light was off and the jeep ran perfect so i had stopped working on it the night. Next morning on my way to work it was running good then engine light came on and started to run like before. I just cant figure out what it is. Any suggestions?(if i gave enough info) TY

You need to find the short to ground that keeps blowing that fuse. Fuses don't wear out, the blow for a reason.
