93 Cherokee with automatic in line six

Need help figuring out what transmission is used, need to replace rear transmission seal. And what is the classification xj, zj,??

Engine: 4.0

its an xj if its a cherokee and if its an auto tranny its the aw4 although you should just be able to go to a parts supplier and say its a 93 cherokee and they know what tranny you have

Model: Grand Cherokee (WK2)

Engine: 3.6L

If it is a compact Cherokee, and not a Grand Cherokee, then it is an XJ.

Your parts store will have a listing for the seal.
