Have you changed/checked the actual blower motor yet? You're not going to get any heat if the blower isn't actually moving air through the heater core. You'll feel some through the vents when you're moving since it's pushing it through the cowl but that's minimal.

If you've replaced all that stuff and flushed your heater core AND its to and from hose are too hot to touch when the motor is warmed up and running, its probably the blend door. Im battling the same issue currently. Read my post about no heat.
