Default 1998 cherokee brake problem.

i have a 1998 jeep cherokee with a few minor problems (as you can probably see my abundance of posts lol) but when im applying the brake it vibrates. the steering doesnt vibrate and for the most part i can brake. i looked at the pads and seen there is plenty of meat and the rotors look ok as well. so im a little confused. i do have a non working abs light right now. meaning that even on start up it doesnt come on. but i dont see that as being the problem. but only when i brake and get to like the bottom of the brake you can really feel it. so maybe somone can give me some guidance. when i turn and such when driving i dont feel or hear any knocking or anything so i dont know.

My guess is that it might be a slightly warped rotor.
