Hazards work, I have replaced the multifunction switch and relay

When I bought my jeep i went through all fuses and afterwards my turn signals didn't work, long story short fuse slot 10 needs a 20 amp fuse and that fixed it even though the owners manual says that slot is empty. Worth a shot, good luck
