I just finished replacing the following:
water pump and gasket
water pump inlet line
thermostat and gasket
tensioner pulley
power steering pump and pulley
p/s pressure line
p/s return hose
belt
once I got everything back together I flushed the p/s fluid out, replaced the hoses, and starting bleeding out the air with new fluid.
the power steering pump has a small leak (one drip every 10-20 seconds) when cold and after getting up to temperature it's a thin steady stream that seems to come out of the bottom of the pump. doesn't look like it's from the reservoir.
is the pump shot or did i not do something correctly? I did use the new o-rings on the new hose and no leaks from the hoses, either one.

Now I do have to ask this, you made sure there wasn't an old o ring in there. And remind me, do you see where the leak is coming from. Have you cleaned the pump off. And you "burped" it with the cap off
