Question 1996 Jeep Cherokee 4.0 hesitation and loss of acceleration

I have a 96 cherokee 2wd 4.0 and i am having issues with it losing acceleration and power while driving it doesnt stall or die out it just doesnt want to go if i pull over and turn it off it will go away for a short while but always comes back i have already done a lot to the fuel system such as new fuel pump, fuel filter and cleaned up the injectors and fuel rail and im not sure how to clean the inside of the fuel line but i dont see any blockage coming out of it. i thought it might be a sensor so i got a new TPS sensor and a new MAP sensor the IAC looked rather clean so i left that alone. I am hoping to hear some solutions if anyone was in a similar situation
