Default 1996 Cherokee Country Hard start, rough idle

Hello ! I posted a few weeks back. Here is my problem. My truck would not start when warm after being driven. It also had run very hot. It no longer runs hot.

NOW- it starts right up first start of day, after driving- it still does not want to start, when it does I have to hold the pedal down all the way, its a rough idle like it misses, wants to stall but I give it gas and eventually will smooth out. The code came up for coolant sensor, which was replaced, but light still on, had it rechecked and says bad coolant sensor- but not running hot now. It just does not want to start when warm. Someone told me it was the TPS, so I had it replaced, someone else told me it needs adjustment, another told me it was a crank position sensor. Guys I am confused, I am running out of options. Anyone have an idea? Or similar problem?

I replaced:
Fuel Filter
Plugs
Wires
Battery & Cables
Dist cap/Rotor
TPS -Throttle Position Sensor
Engine Coolant Sensor
Heater Core
Thermostat

I didn't see "ignition coil" mentioned in there. A weak coil can cause random misfires and as a result, rough idle.
Also..........what kind of shape are your fuel injectors in? A can of SeaFoam in your tank will make a big difference if they're just dirty.

I don't know about you, but I drive a Jeep! :P

It's probably heat soak on the fuel injector. (I think it's the sixth one?) It is apparently a very well known probably with an easy fix of just wrapping thermal tape around the injector/rail. Do a search on it and lots of stuff will pop up.

I will look into these things.
I would also like to add, the exhaust is now what appears to be carboned up at the tailpipe.
