1995 XJ O2 Sensor Code 21
Is there more than one O2 Sensor on a 1995 XJ.
Was just called and my son says he is getting a CEL showing Code 21.
" Code 21-Oxygen sensor signal-neither rich or lean condition is detected from the oxygen sensor input. ".
1) Can he still safely drive with it in this condition?
2) Assuming there is only the one sensor in the CatConvertor - any specific replacement brand to buy?
What not to buy???

Looks like only an upstream sensor. NTK/NGK 23023
I would think it would be ok to drive. May not get the best gas mileage.

Thanks, yeah I went up under it this evening and there is only one.
Trying to source one locally ....if I cannot get NTK/NGK 23023, would a Bosch unit serve well.
Thanks

When comes to electrical components the general consensus here is to stay with MOPAR OEM of which NTK/NGK is. I have no experience with the Bosch.
You can order one here and it don't take long to get it. Or maybe just get one at a dealer.
