1995 Jeep XJ stalling on Trail
My 1995 XJ stalls whenever I am on the trail, always during steep inclines and with at least 4,000 feet of elevation. My engine temp is normal (around 210). After about 30-45 minutes it starts up again. Fuel pressure is normal, all relays and fuses have been checked.
The last time this occurred, I got a code 32. My book says that is an EGR, but i dont have an EGR in my jeep. My jeep book mentioned a solenoid in the transmission that may be shorting out when it gets hot.
Appreciate any feed back
