I have a 1995 Jeep cherokee country that someone gave me it was in a flood water was up to bottom of steering wheel sat for a year i cleaned everything up mostly everything works but i can not get it to start i replaced all the fuses i am getting spark the fuel pump is working i have pressure in the rail but it just wont start sometimes it sounds like its about to go but then nothing? i tried spraying starter fluid into the intake and got nothing How do i check the injectors/power going to them? also could it be because i have the alternator disconnected? i believe it should start without a belt for a min or so? does anyone know what could be doing this?

i also drained the fuel tank and put fresh gas in it.

codes are 24 34 55 Anything here that would stop it from running at all?

I will check the injectors pulse today

 

OK no pulse to injectors what does this mean? what could be doing it?
