1994 grand 5.2 starts when it wants

1994 grand 5.2 starts when it wants
I think i have a securityt issue changed the pass side door and lock when turn keyu to on position the auto shut off relay and the fuel pump relay just clicks after a while they will stop and sometimes i can start after this process of waiting sometimes it wont start just turns over any ideas please help
