1994 4x4 swap trouble, please Help!
I have a rust free low mile 4x2 auto cherokee. I started a 4x4 swap installed 96 3.55 front axle, scored both drive shafts and a 91 aw4 with a 242 transfer case. My trouble is the speedo, the 91 242tc uses a cable speedo and my 94 uses a electronic speed sensor. Can I use a electronic speed sensor on this t-case using the original mounting hole and hold down?

Take the electrical speedo housing with drive gear out of the 94's 2wd transmission and install into the 91's transfercase.
Pull them both off and compare total depth on both, use the gear drive to match the transfercase.
One bolt/bracket holding the housing.
