Default 1994 4.0 vs 2000 4.0 Lifter size / Cam lift

I have a 2000 Cherokee 4.0L that the #6 rod decided to exit the block out the side. I had a good running 4.0 out of a 1995 Wrangler that I decided to use. I have the updated 0331 head so I decided to just swap the head on the 95 block. I noticed that the lifters from the 2000 4.0L are about 1/8 inch taller than the 95 4.0L. The rocker arms and pushrods are the same length. Has anyone else ran into this and should I swap the 2000 4.0L lifters and possibly the cam too? Do the cams have the same lift and duration?

That's weird on the lifters.
Have you checked to see what the parts people say for application?

Odd, Rock Auto has the same lifters and pushrods for all years. Cams aren't the same

93 4.0L lifter on the left and 2000 4.0L lifter on the right. Also the jeep motor is a 93 not a 95. I pulled the cams to check the difference and the 93 cam is a little taller than the 2000 cam.
