The spare is either a T125/90/16 or a T155/90/16. I forget which. The 155 might be for the ZJ?
Buy yourself a full size spare and rim to match the rest of them if you have room for it.

If you can weld why not just go to your local metal supply and buy material? There are a few companies that sell the spindles and required material for a hinge, you just need to weld it all together.
