I feel like a moron. I have seen many a thread for where the headlight relay switch is in my Jeep but I can't seem to locate it.

I guess my question is two fold:
1) how to remove the "kick board". I have all the screws out but the center section (the kick board is all one piece across the driver and passenger side) seems to be stuck and I can't pull the kick board out.

2) where on earth is the headlight relay switch? I have some photos of what I see when I pull the kick board back.

if all screws are out there may be some clips that hold it in and need a good tug, I dont know cause that was the case when I did this on my 00...

if your hazards work at all turn it on and reach for the clicking part
