Default 1992 Starting and stalling issue

Hey guys,

my 1992 is having the following issues:
sometimes it starts up fine, then after driving for around 5 minutes the RPMs flutter/rev up and if I'm driving fast on the freeway the jeep feels like it is going to shut off but it doesn't shut off until taking my foot off the gas and slowing down when coming off the freeway at the stop light. Then I when I try to restart the jeep it won't start easily like before when the engine was cold. I have to wait a little, and pressing on the gas upon start up helps to not stall the engine when I restart it. Sometimes when I start the jeep it revs/flutters immediately but doesn't die. When I start it up on a cold start and let it idle in park, it will idle for like 10 minutes and the same thing happens- RPMs rev/flutter and the the jeep shuts off.

Any ideas?
