One day the front wipers on my 1992 Cherokee slowed down and then stopped. The pump is also out.


I've checked the 4.8A fuse in the paned and it has continuity, so that's okay I guess. I've also replaced the motor with a junk yard special, and no love there.


How do I go about diagnosing this issue? I know my high low beam switch in the stalk is broken but am kinda freaked out by the idea of pulling the steering column apart.
