Does your heep have the factory security system in it?
If you'ved disconnected the battery you have to rearm the system by putting the key in the door and turning it back and forth a few times. Then try starting it.

 

not that I know of, I thinking about the CSP sensor.
I have been reading alot about the CSP sensor on this forum, and it seems that it is a big problem with these cherokee's. It's very oily around the sensor and it might be problem. Another $39

 

I tried the CSP sensor and nothing, but i'm getting good spark from the coil. From the
cap to the plug the spark it is weak. I replaced the plugs,wires,cap,rotor and it's now trying but no start. Does the "pick up coil" control the spark? also, where are the ground
wire locations? I want to make sure everything is grounded good.

 

First it is CPS and second the grounds are a little different year to year so a FSM would be your best bet to find the ones for a '91.
