Default 1990 renix cherokee clutch problems

I have posted about this before and got great help...

Last winter i replaced everything in the clutch system master/ and full clutch kit

I still continuisly have to bleed my sytem i went through 3 of the internal slaves before i got one that seemed ok.

Now after just getting my jeep running after about 3 months my master went again just put the new one in blead it out quite a bit still barely any pedal I fear it might be sucking in air somewhere like possibly that internal slave. I am going to try and bleed it some more today but does anyone have any suggestions? I really don't wanna drop that tranny out again.....

My previous post on the slave someone had mentioned finding the aluminum ones? Any one know a supplier?

The slave that's in it now is still under warranty but these clutch issues are really becoming anoying I have always had standards done several clutches and never had so many problems before

Thanks for any help you can offer

I am to the point of considering the costly conversion to the external slave system if it comes to that I'll be looking for help with correct componets

Everyone I hear talk about NON Jeep clutch parts tell me they all suck and fail quickly.

If you didnt buy from Jeep, its probably the reason for the trouble.

X2. I've dropped my junk twice in two years cause of this. First I tried overseas stuff, that failed in 6 months. Recently I used a Timken slave and rhino master, with an Earls braided stainless line. The rhino master is now weeping inside the cab. Next I will try all dealer parts...if dealer parts fail before two years, THEN I will do the external swap. But even then I've thought about getting a Tilton custom slave or something first...good luck dude.

Default update

Ok so now with a little better lighting turned out my line wasn't sealing going into the clutch master since no one in my area could get one in less then i week i put in o rings and it sealed right up.

After that i was able to bleed it out bad news is as soon as i started brake fluid started dumping out the bellhousing so either one of the line are no longer seated properly or the slave is bad again.

That autozone slave is still unde warranty so due to low budget i will probly b stuck just using another one but i would still like to find a supplier for the good aluminum ones so i ca can get one when i have the funds and b prepared

Thanks for the suggestions and help guys

Default udate... CLUTCH IS GOOD

well after puting a whole new clutch kit in again it's holding well. Now my starter is grinding tho never had any issue with that before it's like it's not lined up with the flywheel right i don't know why I just tried loosning and such and checked the teeth on the starter and the flywheel. They are not damaged yet but I have to start driving it tomorrow so hoping I can figure something out before I destroy the teeth. Any thoughts?
