This is why you NEVER wash a automobile with a pressure washer. Things get damaged.
Check the trany fluid for water, make sure you didn't knock something loose with the washer, linkages, wires, ect.

I've seen posted to be careful not to get the TPS wet. (there on the throttle body). The TPS has an engine "side" and a trans side. With a digital meter you might test your trans side. Or maybe try one from a Junk Yard. I don't think yours needs to be adjusted. (87-90 does).
