The egr maybe brand new but is it hooked up right and does the solenoid work?
To check the coil and icm you need to check the resistance,It is fairly easy but you need a good manual so you know which terminals to check.

Just remember you need three things for a motor to run: Fuel, spark and air. To me, it sounds more like a spark issue. I would start with a tune up (which if one hasn't been done in a while, it should be anyway) and start there. Check the distributor, plugs, wires, check for arching, etc. Good luck and keep us posted.

Ok this is what I am down to, If I take the return line off the regulater with the motor running I get no fuel coming out what so ever.
So I think it is the fuel pump.

Ok think I figured it out, had my wife push on brakes while I rev under hood with intake boot off. I spray carb cleaner in and it runs awesome and wants to go.
So I almost positive it is fuel pump.

Get a fuel pressure guage and check it,also check everything from pump to fuel regulatoe before you replace everything, like I said before mine was just the hose from the pump that came loose.

Well I fixed it it was the rubber line in the tank, I wasnt off but it was loose.
She runs good now except the tranny wont shift till 4500 rpm no matter what I do. The night I brought it home it shifted fine.

A few other people have had this issue with the resolution being a new throttle position sensor...I can't recall if that is something you've replaced or not. (as I'm using the 'quick reply' feature.) Good luck and let us know what you find!
here is a link to help with sensors i have used it alot there is a lot of other good stuff here to http://www.lunghd.com/Tech_Articles/...iagnostics.htm
