Okay so maybe I'm taking a chance here with the champion two row core..?
Took one day to arrive at my door welds look pretty tight.

I'll be posting updates hopefully good ones.
Thanks for the help.👀

I went through three Champion radiators. None lasted longer then 3 weeks. One lasted 4 hours!!. They all leaked where the rows were attached to the tanks. I then bought a Griffin it lasted 8 months leaked in same areas. I finally switched to high quality radiator with plastic tanks (Mishimoto). 18 months of no leaks. I'm curious to see if Champion has improved. My advice if it leaks is to return under warranty and sell and buy an OE quality radiator.

I went with Spectra (~$85 at AZ) and haven't had a problem since. Most people I've seen mention Spectra say they're a quality part for sure. Seems to be the standard OEM replacement from most places.

Yeah I'm a fan of the oem set up given the tight fit and limitations of air flow on our Cherokees. I would love to try one of those 1000 dollar flexalites with triple fans. But when I think of a thousand bucks, so many other things come to mind on my XJ list.
