Default 1989 Pioneer, No Blinker, radio, or windshild wipers..

Ok well, eveything seems to work fine, the engine got wet during a hard rain, now the radio, windshield wipers, and blinkers are not responding, everything else works fine. The starter relay has been replaced and all buss fuses look good, engine relay fuses were replaced as well....anyone have any good ideas where i can look???lol

Go get a can of electrical cleaner and dielectric grease. Take the plug apart and spray it with cleaner real good then smear it with grease and reassemble.

i bought an 89 with the same problems. no blinkers, no a/c blower, no radio, and no wipers. after i studied wiring diagram after diagram i had another jeep that i tore to pieces because if it. after cutting out the fuse box and ignition harness out of this other jeep i figure out all these fuses are connected together with one wire behind the fuse box. it comes from the ignition switch. everything else from the ignition switch worked perfect so i never though about it being that. i decided to pull my ignition switch out and check it just to double check and see if it was the problem. after pulling my ignition switch out i discover one of my terminal on my ignition switch was burnt. after seeing that terminal was burnt i compared it to my harness that i cut out of my other jeep. and it was the same wire that connected to the back of the fuse box. after reading your situation i though i would share this with you. i dont know if this is your problem because you didnt mention your blower. however if you just forgot to mention the blower isnt working either then this might be your same problem. i still have the ignition harness and fuse box sitting in the garage from where i cut it out just in case i have any more electrical problems. an ignition switch shouldnt be any more then $15.00 or $20.00 if this is your problem.
